The process of using aluminum or aluminum alloy products as anodes, placing them in an electrophoresis solution for electrophoresis treatment, and using electrophoresis to form an aluminum anodizing film on their surface is called anodizing treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloys. After anodizing treatment, aluminum surface can generate several micrometers to hundreds of micrometers of oxide film. Compared to the natural anondized film of aluminum alloy, its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and decorative properties have significantly improved and improved.
According to the current type, there are: direct current anodizing, alternating current anodizing, and pulse current anodizing that can shorten the production time to reach the required thickness. The film layer is both thick and uniform, and the corrosion resistance is significantly improved.
According to the electrolyte, it is divided into sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, chromic acid, mixed acid, and natural colored anodic oxidation with organic sulfonic acid solution.
According to the properties of the film layer, it can be divided into: ordinary film, hard film (thick film), ceramic film, bright modified layer, semiconductor barrier layer, and other anodic oxidation.
So what key points should we pay attention to when anodizing aluminum and aluminum alloy materials?
1. Profile selection, hard aluminum rod: Before processing aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles, the raw material should be hard aluminum product profiles, and the hanging equipment used in the production process should maintain smooth and good conductivity.
2. Small size, special treatment: For aluminum product components with small size overlap riveting, sulfuric acid anodizing treatment is generally not used.
3. During the production process, the conductive area: In the production process of anodic aluminum oxide product profiles, it is necessary to ensure the conductive contact area of the equipment and minimize the imprints of the equipment.
4. Oxidation solution, temperature range: The temperature range of sulfuric acid anodizing solution used for anodizing aluminum oxide is generally between 15 and 25 ℃.
5. Refrigeration device, compressed air stirring: During the production and processing of anodized aluminum oxide, a refrigeration device should be equipped, and the treatment method of compressed air stirring should be used.
6. Before anodizing the aluminum material, clean the equipment: Before anodizing the aluminum product profile, clean the previously used equipment. Remove residual oxide film from the surface of the equipment to ensure good contact with the aluminum rod during use.
